About Original Absorbaid:
AbsorbAid is a combination of natural enzymes that helps digestion of all food groups and also increases absorption of nutrients.
DIRECTIONS: Take 2 capsules with each meal. (More should be used by individuals with compromised digestive systems.) When you experience occasional indigestion, or for nighttime discomfort, you may also open 2 capsules and mix in 2 to 4 ounces of room temperature water and drink.
